Stay In The Know With Industry Surveys

The CLA annually commissions Readex Research, a nationally recognized independent research company, to conduct a nationwide survey of self-service laundry owners. The purpose of the survey is to compose a profile of today's retail self-service laundries in the United States.

Some of the key data found in this survey includes:

• type and size of store, including ancillary services, such as wash-dry-fold, offered and number of machines 
• plans to sell, build or purchase self-service laundries
• store operations, including hours open, number of employees, and employee wages 
• store financial information, including current vend prices, expectations for price increases, rent per month, gross revenues, and net profit
